ROAD DOCKS TO LUNDA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ($892,908) WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Authority has heretofore advertised for bids for construction of boating docks along the Marion Road riverwalk,
between Wisconsin Street and Jackson Street; and WHEREAS, upon the opening and tabulation of bids it appears that the following is the most advantageous bid: LUNDA CONSTRUCTION CO. 2000
Taylor Street Little Chute, WI 54140 BASE BID $877,019 ADD Alt.-1 Composite deck boards – Dock B $ 25,853 ADD Alt.-4 Composite deck boards – Dock A $ 46,536 CREDIT to complete both docks
in 2011 ($ 56,500) TOTAL BID $892,908 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh that said bid is hereby accepted and the proper Redevelopment
Authority officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate agreement for the purpose of same, all according to plans, specifications, and bid on file. Money
for this purpose is hereby appropriated from City TIF accounts.
