Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint. You have been found to be in violation of these ordinances each year going back to 2006. As the listed owner of
this property it is your responsibility to ensure that it is being maintained to the standards of the Municipal Code. Any future
violations will result in citations being issued to you at $236.00 per day of violation. If this violation is not corrected by 6/1/11
you will also be cited.

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall

above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs

Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City
at its option wit take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and /or issue citations for non - compliance. It is the responsibility of every
property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/1/2011
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected. l
