Allen and I met with Peter Jungbacker today on another issue and Mr. Jungbacker indicated he is now the owner. He showed us copies of demolition bids and asbestos abatement bids for the demolition of the structure. He indicated his contractor will be in before the end of the year to obtain a razing permit.
