Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/20/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected. Allen and I met with Peter Jungbacker today on another issue and Mr. Jungbacker indicated he is now the owner. He showed us copies of demolition bids and asbestos abatement bids for the demolition of the structure. He indicated his contractor will be in before the end of the year to obtain a razing permit.
