Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.

I am in receipt of the correction notice for 1720 Oshkosh Ave. Please be aware, the house is now vacant and the
plan is to either rip the house down or let the fire department do a control burn on the house. As for the garage,

There are orders on the above referenced property. Allen and I met with Peter Jungbacker today on
another issue and Mr. Jungbacker indicated he is now the owner. He showed us copies of demolition
bids and asbestos abatement bids for the demolition of the structure. He indicated his contractor will be
in before the end of the year to obtain a razing permit.
