properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away
from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup
earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for
pickup at least once a week. Empty containers to be returned to storage area.
