RE: EXPLANATION OF RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE
FOR PARKING UTILITY
At its February 22, 2011 meeting, the Common Council approved an updated fee schedule for
parking permits and leased spaces for the upcoming parking permit year. Since that time, the
Parking Commission has recommended the creation of additional leased parking areas for which
no price was established. The previously approved fee schedule has been modified to include
fees for these areas. In addition, the fee schedule has set a default rate of $20 per month for
leased spaces, which is consistent with most daytime leased spaces in the City.
There are no changes in the proposed rates from the current rates.
