CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new house

1275 Morgan Ave. Oshkosh, Wisconsin as described
in Building Permit application numbers(s) 5550 •
This building is to be used only as a single
family residence and is in the
R -1B Single family residential District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per sq.ft. live loading
Maximum number of persons and /or living units: one living
unit
NOTE: Lower level is unfinished. A new Building Permit is
required prior to comme:Icing work to finish lower level.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
