—I CITY OF OSHKOSH April 26, 1984 Russ Young,Inc. 2308 Jackson St. Oshkosh, WI 54901 Dear Russ: New storage garage 1315 Moreland St. Russ Young,Inc. designer & owner File #84 -4 -2 -B Building plans have been reviewed by this office for compliance with important code requirements. The drawings are stamped "Construction may proceed ". All items that are required to be changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responaible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. ILHR 63.001(3)(b) Any change in use or structure of this building which increases the energy consumption shall not be permitted unless the building is made to comply with the requirements of Chapter ILHR 63. These plans were examined with the understanding that there is no space heating or cooling, service water heating or illumination. tr - ILHR 50.12(4) Bearing surface for roof trusses shall be. as shown on truss data.
