Hedges located within the intersection sight distance triangle and in the front yard are restricted in height. Enclosed with this notice is a fence /hedge flier. Item # 3 Code 30 35(E)(2) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/18/2005 IMMEDIATELY Description Fences and hedges less than four (4) feet high may be located within the required front yard, except fences that are more than fifty (50) percent solid shall not be permitted within fifteen (15) feet of a front lot line. 5/19/2005 Last Updated Summary In order to obtain compliance, the hedge must be trimmed and maintained to a height not to exceed 30" tall from the sidewalk grade in the intersection triangle. Any other portion of the hedge shall not be any taller than 4' in the front yard area. Failure to trim and maintain the hedge may result in the issuance of municipal citations for violations of the City zoning code. If you have any questions in regard to this notice, please contact our office within the next 10 days. I Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy.
