All damaged areas of siding and soffit/fascia (bottom course, missing corner pieces, sections that are falling off) shall be repaired or replaced. All Last torn screens on the windows shall be repaired or replaced. Garage shall be re- painted. Delaminating / unfinished boards Updated covering the window openings shall be replaced with exterior rated materials and properly finished off. Summary if compliance cannot be met by due dates, a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by this office. The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid. Does not apply to one week compliance dates or hazards.
