Every floor, floor covering, wall, ceiling, kitchen counters & tops, cupboards & exterior diaors etc shall be kept in good repair. 03/22/2011 After the repairs are made to the leaking area (roof or plumbing) repairs shall be made to the water damaged areas. Those water damaged areas shall be properly finished off. Item # 7 Code MUN 16- 35A(1)(c) Compliance No Compliance Date 04/21/2011 Description All windows in rental dwellings shall be capable of being opened and closed easily and remain open without the use of props. 03/22/2011 W indows shall be free of chipped, peeling paint, loose or missing glazing compound, broI en panes of glass and be weather tight. Sashes do not stay in place when opened. The counterweights have been removed from the lower sashes. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the comp liance date as specified.
