South Park Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54901 Re: Moving Permit #385 Dear Mr. Meyer: Please be advised that Moving Permit #385 is being approved with the following conditions: (1) If the request for vacation of 22nd Avenue between Montana Street and Minnesota Street is denied by the City's Common Council, the garage structure in question must be removed by 12/13/91. (2) The garage structure must remain on temporary jacks and beams and not be placed on a permanent foundation until such time that the City Common Council approves vacation of the section of 22nd Avenue between Montana and Minnesota Streets. Your permit request for placement of a garage structure on the vacant lot located directly north of 2200 Montana Street will be held in abeyance until the Common Council has acted on the request for vacation of 22nd Avenue between Montana and Minnesota Streets. Depending on how the Common Council acts on this request, your permit will either be approved or denied by December 6, 1991. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, it appears that the Common Council will be reviewing as a final reading the request for street vacation on December 5, 1991. Ple note that council approved this vacation on December 5, 1991. To obtain a 6ui lding Permit, please submit a site Man showing a code compliant location on this site. Upon Zonings and Building Code .approval, a permit will be issued. We would then like to be advised as to when the garage will be secured to a slab.
