Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by
the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisar....e, and eyesore which affects
property values shall be removed or properly stored. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles & auto parts are prohibited and
shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property p ty ry p p e rty owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236-5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED A PROVED BEF - EEALMENT. t ALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.
