Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/7/02 Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. Item # 1 Code 17 Compliance No Compliance Date 08/07/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description The owner of property in the city shall cut or cause to be cut grass and weeds (vegetative growth) in excess of 8 inches in height to include trimming along building foundations and fence /property lines & terraces. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. A REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON AUGUST 7, 2002 TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
