N SCALE 1" = 20' OCTOBER 23, 2001 01 -416 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE VARIANCE /3739 GLENSHIRE LANE INITIATED BY: JOHN & TERRI MORTH, PETITIONERS WHEREAS, John and Terri Morth, on behalf of the owner of 3739 Glenshire Lane, respectfully requests a variance for a 15± ft. setback from the park street while Section 16- 15(A)(1)(d) of the Municipal Code requires a 20 ft. setback from the park street; and WHEREAS, approval of this request does not appear to create a negative impact on, nor be out of character with, Edison Estates and the surrounding environs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that pursuant to Section 16 -18 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, the request for special exceptions to the setback requirements for a mobile home at 3739 Glenshire Lane, as noted above, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to take necessary steps to implement this decision.
