Item # 2 Code MUN 7 - 8 Compliance No Compliance Date 03/19/2004 Description I've also been informed that the basement walls are in great need of repair. It was noted that there are cracks in the block Foundation walis and in some locations you can see outside through these cracks. These walls will need to be repaired and a 2/1801 valid permit obtained. If you feel that the walls are not in need of repair feel free to contact me at 236 -5036 to set up a time for Last an interior inspection. Updated Summary The required permits must be applied for within the next 10 days. Permit hours are Monday -Friday 7:30- 8:30am and 12:30- 1:30pm. If you have any questions or need to discuss this issue feel free to contact me at 236 -5036. Please note that I have enclosed a brochure that outlines the required permits and permitting process. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for relnspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/19/04 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
