and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/7/02
Introduction An inspection of your property revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by
the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore shall be removed
or properly stored. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles & auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. A
REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON AUGUST 7, 2002 TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.
