Truss plans must be submitted and approved prior to framing the roof. 8. Truss plans including the truss layout must be provided on site at the rou building inspection. In addition to the truss plans,microlam calculations must be p ovided on site at the rough building inspection for a11 microlams with point loads on the . 9. When installing access drives, a minimum of 2"-3" di eter stone is required in addition to a minimum of 6" depth, 30'-50'length,and 14'-20'width. At the final inspectio all items on this list must be completed to avoid the$100 re-inspection fee per inspec 'on. 15. When requesting fmal inspections please note that a minimum of 2 days otice is needed from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be pl ed in the center of the garage floor and a minimuxn of a 3'pathway must be provided aro d the walls of the gazage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings ar allowed in the house. Appliances such as the stove,refrigerator,washer, and dryer are n t to be set in place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the power serving e appliances. A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic. 16. The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen wind w until � occupancy is approved.
