This building is to be used only as a
two family residence and is in the
R -2 Two family residence District.
LIMITATIONS: -
Maximum floor loading: 40 lbs. per sq.ft. live loading
Maximum number of persons and /or living units: two
living units
NOTE:
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
