Dear Sir:
The property at 1423 Monroe Street is zoned
R-2 Two Family District. The former Pazen Transfer
building is a A-1 Light Industrial use on this
property.
The total repairs or alterations in any non-
conforming use shall not, luring its life, exceed
50% of the local equalized assessed valuation of
the building at the time of its becoming a noncon-
forming use unless permanently changed to a conform-
ing use. This use became nonconforming in 1954.
In 1954 the building was assessed at $5600. Its
equalized assessed valuation would be 18000. Thre-
fore, the total repairs that can be done would
equal Pon. Our records do not indicate any
building permits having been issued for the above
address since 1954.
