Oshkosh St. Ripon, WI 54971 Attn: Mr. Cal Siegel Dear Mr. Siegel: New storage warehouse 1423 Monroe St. Jeff Sherer, owner File #K7- 123 -988B Building plans have been reviewed by this office for compliance with important code requirements. The drawings are stamped "Construction may proceed." All items that are required to be changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permit must be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. This building is classified as Type No. 8, wood frame unprotected. ILHR 51.15 All exit doors shall have such fastenings or hardware that it can be opened from the inside by pushing against a single bar or plate, or turning a single knob or handle. The use of a key for opening doors from the inside is prohibited. ILHR 50.12(3) Purlins are to be #2 grade SYP or better, girts #1 grade SYP or better.
