THE INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE EXTERIOR SIDING STILL HAD NOT ALL BEEN SCRAPED, PRIMED AND PAINTED, THE-FRONT-AND-SIDE ENTRY STEPS WERE NOT CODE, THE NEWER FRONT PORCH GUARDRAIL- HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED TO CODE, THERE ARE NO HANDRAILS ON THE FRONT AND SIDE ENTRY STEPS, THE BASEMENT STEPS HAVE NO- HANDRAIL AS- REQUIRED AND THE FOINDATION WALL AND BASEMENT-STEPS ARE DETERIORATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE DWELLING. YOU WERE MADE AWARE THAT THE ABOVEMENTIONED ORDERS HAD BEEN ISSUED ON THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME YOU PURCHASED IT, THEREFOR, A FINAL INSPECTION TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE -WILL BE MADE ON JUNE 15, . ANY AND ALL VIOLATIONS NOT CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION WILL BE CITED AND COURT ACTION PURSUED TO GET THE VIO- LATIONS CORRECTED. IT WAS ALSO NOTED THAT THERE ARE STILL AUTO PARTS ON THE PRO- PERTY WHICH WERE ORDERED REMOVED THE AUTO PARTS SHALL -BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHIN SEVEN (1) DAYS OF THIS NOTICE OR CITATIONS WILL BE ISSUED.
