Obtain a building permit for insulating and sheet rocking the walls. 2. Provide proper door hardware on rear exit. 3. Ensure rear exit light and mezzanine exit light are operable. 4. Provide a second exit to the mezzanine or open the wall facing the lower level. 5. Ensure ready access to all electric control panels. 6. Remove all junk, debris, autos, etc. from the premises. 7. Have an electrician correct any installations, alterations the past occupant may have performed. 8. Obtain Zoning Approval prior to occupying with new tenants or owners.
