Wagner & James Schrader, owners File #84- 11 -2 -B Alteration plans have been reviewed by this office for compliance with important code requirements. All items that are required by this work must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. A letter has been received from Mr. Paul Spaulding, certifying that the replaced section of the building was the same size and shape as the previous portion. ILHR 53.23, ILHR 52.04 Platform at exterior door shall be at the same elevation as interior floor, shall be designed to prevent frost action, and shall be at least 5 feet in length.
