7/10/01 Owner called to ask about foundation requirements, and roof rafter correction notice. I
explained any structurall sound frost free foundation would be acceptable.
7/25/01 meassage from Paul Schwart (former owner) asking abount any correction notice prior to 2/98.
Called him back and left a message that he could stop in any time and view the file.

10/05/01 Copy of Lawsuit dropped off to Bruce Luedtke.
10/10/01 Call from Sheri Steinbruner returned - she was concerned that the owner said I didn't have any record of
Item # 4 being repaired. I explained that I do have a record of there call that they fixed it but have not made
an inspection yet as the owners have not requested a reinpection. 1 ackowledged that item # 10 was not a
violation created by steinbruner as the new owner installed the dryer adjacent to the furnace.

6/10/02 Voice mail from Beth Redman (Attornys office for Lori Goffard)
I returend call - explained that we have been receiving complaints about grass not being cut, and were
trying to determine the status of ownership since we knew this was in dispute. She explained that Goffard still
owns the property, there is another hearing on 6/17/02 @ 8:15 a.m. on a stay by the insurance company
before anyone can determine what happens next.
I asked that she inform the current owner Goffard that the Lawn needs to be cut, and the yard kept up to
avoid citations from us. I also asked that I be kept informed of the court proceedings.
