There has been a great deal of work done without permits or inspection . Insulation was also installed in the crawlspace an has created additional violations with lack of ventilation provided to the crawlspace. Item # 2 Code MUN 11 -32 Compliance No Compliance Date 7/26/01 IMMEDIATELY Description Electrical work has been done without the required permits. This would include wiring to the garage, kitchen, and furnace blower wiring. Item # 3 Code MUN 20 -8 Compliance No Compliance Date 7/26/01 IMMEDIATELY Description Plumbing work has been done without the required permits, and has been improperly installed. There was a great deal of structural work done and concealed without inspection and it is unknown if this was properly constructed.Further inspection may require these areas to be opened up for inspection, and any violatiomns to be correctred. As noted in the correction notice from 1/17/00 there were signs of significant structural deterioation. This was also noted in the "Home Inspection Report" that was provided to me from the current owner.On page 31 of this report numerous structural issues are listed in the "Additional Comments" Item # 8 Code Comm 21 Compliance No Compliance Date 7/26/01 IMMEDIATELY Description The entire foundation under the home is required to be repaired to properly transfer all imposed loads to the earth in an approved manner. Combustion air is also required for these appliances located in a confined space. This problem has been further compounded by the instllation of a clothes dryer. There is a reversed pitch grade around most of the house that is directing water into the crawl space. This is only compounding the moisture problem below this structure.
