WORK PROPOSED OR CONTRACTED AS FOLLOWS:
General Description: Repair work as ordered by City of Oshkosh housing Inspector
The following will be charged in accordance with time and materials.
1. Supply a building permit for work listed
2. Remove and reset bathroom vanity and toilet
3. Remove and replace bathroom tubs and surround
4. Rework plumbing as needed
5. Remove and replace bath wallboard as needed
6. Insulate bath walls as needed
7. Remove and replace bath floor covering
8. Remove and replace damaged sub -floor
9. Remove and reset siding and sheathing of south wall as needed to
perform repairs
10. Rembve, replace, or add, floor joists as needed to floor system of
bath - stairs -living room area
11. Inspect beam to pier bearing points
12. Remove and replace front door with a new 2 -8 x 6 -8 insulated
steel door unit, dead bolt and lockset, interior trim, and storm door
13. Remove and replace rear door with a new 3-0 x 6 -8 insulated
steel door unit, deadbolt and lockset, interior trim, and storm door
14. Clean -up and disposal of construction debris
15. Tenant is responsible to remove all personal property necessary
to perform the work
