It has come to our attention that you recently
sold and installed a patio roof at 1325 Konros
Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
A building permit is required for this type
of work in the city of Oshkosh and it was your
responsibility to see that the permit was secured
prior to the oommeneing of work. The location of
this roof also violates oity soiling requirements
as to the minimum rear yard. The owner advises that she intends to file an appeal with the Beard
of Appeals to place this roof as it is now. if the
Bard Imes fit to grant her appeal, we will still
meet ' engineering data showing that the roof system
soaplies with our minimum requirements.
Please see that no work of this type is dons
in the future without first obtaining the building
permit. If the above mentioned roof is to remain
in Ammo. a. building permit swat be *soured.
