Critical repair is defined as things that are dangerous such as a roof that is leaking badly into the house, a furnace that does not work, or a water main break. The City would like to be able to work with you in the future. We accept applications for loans for rehab from January through March of each year. You would be more than welcome to reapply at that time. At present, I will put your name on my mailing list for next year. • I will send Bruce Luedke a copy of this letter and I would suggest that you talk to him about your intentions to apply in 1998. Perhaps he can give you guidance on what must be done now and what can be held over to next year. Thank you for your interest in our program and for allowing us to visit you. I look forward to hearing from you and if you have any questions, please call me at 236 -5056. Sincerely, CITY OF OSHKOSH Carol Sawyer Brown Housing Rehab Specialist
