RE: 1724 Glenwood Drive
Dear Ms. Morth,
On behalf of Edison Estates Mobile Home Park, you have requested variances for the placement of a new
mobile home, at the above referenced address. The proposed site plan and letter indicate that you will
need variance approval for an 11' setback to Glenwood Drive and a 9' setback to Glenway Drive, where
section 16- 15(A)(1)(d) of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code requires a 20' setback from an abutting
park street.
Considering the double frontage of the lot, the proposed placement of the home in line with the existing
neighboring homes that have similar setbacks, and the fact that a newer modern looking home will be
installed, your variances meet the requirements to approve variances in Mobile home parks, per section
16 -18 of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code. In regard to the proposed shed, since this structure will
meet or exceed the setback of the principal structure, no variance is necessary for this structure.
