Edison Estates would like to have a variance to bring in a newer home.
The home is 1992, 16 x 80 (box size is 16 x 76 ), vynal siding and a
shingle roof. This home would be an asset to our community. In order
for this home to enter our community, we would need a variance for front
and rear setbacks, and setbacks for the shed off the rear street.
This home would like to come into our community on August 26, 2002.
The transporter would be pulling all necessary permits.
