Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/15/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore which affects property values shall be removed or properly stored. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles & auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. Summary It is the responsibility of eve p ty every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT.
