BOX 1130 OSHKOSH, WI 54902 -1130 ON THE WATER December 20, 1993 Cascade Custom Homes Attn: Frank Formiller 2225 Parkside Drive Oshkosh, WI 54901 Dear Frank: Per your request a final building inspection was made at 1214 Monroe Street on December 20, 1993. The following items were found to be in noncompliance: er ILHR 21.08, fire separation must be maintained around the edges of the attic scuttle opening in the garage ceiling. Per ILHR 21.04, a handrail must be installed at the basement stairway. 3, er ILHR 22.06, all boxsill areas must be insulated. 41er ILHR 21.22(7), metal framing anchors must be installed at e floor joists and double header member located in the northwest corner of the basement (above water meter area). Tier local zoning code section 30 - 15, the deck and spa enclosures must meet the minimum side yard setback requirements. Also, since these items were not included on the original building permit, a separate building permit will be required for these installations. This permit can not be issued until all the zoning requirements are complied with. All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called for within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the certificate of occupancy.
