We hereby submit specifications end estimates for
Reroot the entire house, front porch, back entrance and garage roofs.
Tear off the existing cedar shake and all asphalt shingle roofs, metal eding,
soil stack flashing,, valley tins, pull out'all'roofing nails and remove
all debris from site.
Install 7/16" OSB board over the existing wood decking (main, house roof).
Install a 304 asphalt felt over all roof areas.

Install new gutter apron and D-style metal edging.
Install new valley tins.
Install a new soil *tack flashing.
Install new CertainTeed Shingle Vent II ridge vent (approx. 44 1.f.) the
entire length of the main house ridges. ,
Install new CertainTeed Custom Sealdon, 30 year, 3 -tab, 250 lb, class -C,
asphalt shingle color of your choice on. in stock'colors.
Please Note: we will be re -using the existing shingle tins, metal counter-
?lashings and gas vent collar and cone flashing.
