In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. The plumber responsible for the installation shall keep at the construction site at least one set of plans bearing the department's or agent municipality's stamp of approval and least one set of specifications. The plans and specifications shall be open to inspection by an authorized representative of the department. Comm. 82.20(6) 2. Sanitary building sewers 6" or less in diameter shall be provided with cleanouts or manholes in compliance with Comm. 82.35(3)(b). Based on conversation with the Department, it has been determined that the sanitary manhole indicated on page C2.0 of the Utility Layout Plan shall be located such that a maximum of 200' length of 6" sewer piping is allowed downstream of the manhole to the municipal sanitary main. Note: This may be accomplished by relocating the manhole a minimum 78' downstream or by adding an additional cleanout downstream of the manhole. 3. A means to locate buried non - metallic sanitary sewers and private interceptor main sewers discharging to municipal mains shall be accomplished by an approved method per Comm. 82.30(11)(h). Per Comm. 82.36(7)(d)10. a means to locate buried non - metallic storm building sewers and private interceptor main sewers that discharge to municipal mains shall be provided in accordance with the options under s. Comm. 82.30(11)(h), except as provided in subd. 10.b. Per Comm. 82.40(8)(k)1. a means to locate buried non - metallic water services and private water mains connected to municipal supply systems shall be provided in accordance with the options under s. Comm. 82.30(11)(h), except as provided in subds. 2. and 3. In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
