Reimer Building Inspector City Hall Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901 Dear Mr. Reimer: This office represents Mr. Oscar Hildebrand concerning your letter of November 30, 1967, relative to the frame shed located at 58 -62 Broad Street. Your letter states that this building is in a dilapidated condition and should be razed. Please be advised that it is considered that said building is not in a dilapidated condition, either by way of construction or for the purpose for which it is being used. We suspect that if it had a coat of paint or alumthum siding that it would look pretty, but we do not consider this being a factor under the statute so as to allow the building to be razed. We further believe that said building is not dangerous, unsafe, insanitary or otherwise unfit for occupancy or the use for which it is intended, and therefore it would be unreasonable to raze and remove the building or any Dart thereof. Very truly yours, FLANAGAN, STEINHILBER & CHANEY By FMF /eip 4
