SUBJECT: Property at 512 Poplar Ave.
On August 18, 1980 James Dallman, Assistant Building Inspector,
inspected the property at 512 Poplar Ave. He found that the
property was being used for the storage of 9 motor vehicles and
one tandem axel trailer. Seven of the vehicles were noted in
our July 21, 1980 memorandum to you.
Motor vehicles noted again were:
. 1. Chevrolet Malibu, black and white, no license
2. Dodge Charger, maroon, no license
3. Chevrolet Impala, green and white, no license
4. International truck cab and chassis, red, no license,
no rear axle
5. Plymouth Duster, black, license #V90 -048 WI '80
6. Chevrolet Chevelle, yellow, no license
7. Chevrolet Impala, station wagon, green, no license,
wheel missing
Motor vehicles not previously noted were:
1. Cadillac, brown, no plates
2. Chevrolet Camero, brown, no plates (on trailer)
Also noted: Approximately 5'x10' tandem axel trailer license
#C -1580
The Chevrolet Chevelle, Camero and red International truck were
clearly not in drivable condition.
A fence has also been constructed on the property. The fence height .
has been measured at 6'7" high along the west property line. Section
30 -19(E) prohibits fences more than 6 feet in height.
