Manufacturing Ref: Plumbing Plan Approval: 3111 Progress Dr., Oshkosh, WI Plan ID# G2- 201 - 0606 -P Dear Sirs, Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. Private water services 2'/ " or larger in diameter shall be installed at least 8 feet horizontally from any sanitary sewer per COMM 82.40 2. The loading dock ejector sump shall be installed with an air -tight / water -tight cover per COMM 82.30 3. All underground waste pipe (including local waste) shall be a minimum of 2" in diameter per COMM 82.30 4. Any local waste pipe longer than 30" shall be trapped per COMM 82.33 5. Floor drains shall not serve as receptor for indirect drains or local wastes that do not meet the exceptions of COMM 82.33(8) this does not include vending machines. 6. Industrial contact wastewater must be reviewed for EPA environmental risk assessment and may require pretreatment and sampling prior to discharge to the sanitary sewer per Municipal Ordinance, chapter 24. In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
