Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance and eyesore, generating complaints & which affects property values. See Photos for locations and specifics on
violations noted.
Item # 2 Code 30 - 36A (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/26/2003 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking /storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. See Photos for locations and
specifics on violations noted.
Item # 3 Code 7 - 8 Compliance No Compliance Date 06/26/2003 IMMEDIATELY
Description Permits are required for dog kennels and for structures attached to garages. Permits shall be obtained. See Photos for

Description The owner of property in the city shall cut or cause to be cut grass and weeds or other with (vegetative growth) in excess of 8
inches in height to include trimming along building foundations and fence /property lines & terraces. See Photos for locations
and specifics on violations noted.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} may result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.
