For new garage and drive
We hereby propose to furnish materials and labor necessary for the completion of:
Excavation services for new 26' x 30' detached garage and 24' wide x 21' long concrete
driveway includes:
1. Break up, load, haul out and dispose of existing 14 Y2' x 22' garage slab and 12' x 12'
concrete driveway.
2. Strip approximately nineteen inches deep topsoil approximately six inches oversize of
26' x 30' detached garage and 24' wide x 21' long driveway. Place and rough grade
some topsoil in area where old concrete was removed also place topsoil around new
garage pad and driveway as needed and leave additional stockpile of approximately
ten yards per owner's disgression. Load, haul off and dispose of excess topsoil.
3. Deliver, grade and compact an allowance of 180 tons of 3 /a" crusher run stone to sub -
grade for new garage pad and driveway concrete.
Estimated Cost $2710.00
This proposal based on:
a. All work performed on a time and materials basis.
b. Jeff Foust Excavating is not responsible for damage to lawn, landscape or pavements
crossed during access to or in the course of our work on site.
c. No work is proposed in the city right of way ie: city sidewalk, terrace or curb work.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of:
