Dear Mr, Reimer:
The First National Bank, which is administrator of the
Estate of Ervin R, Bantleon, has sent on your notice of July 26th
as to the condemnation of the garage or shed at 1234 Powers Street.
We have conferred with the judge and have obtained authority
to have a sale of the property in question the only thing which has
held up the sale being that there is a little judgment against
Ervin R, Bantleon and one of his daughters which must be cleared up
some way in order to make a sale free and clear of encumbrances,
We are working on this and should think that once someone buys
the place it might be possible to either fix up the building or carry out
the terms of your order.
We think the sale will be completed before sixty days from the
time of your notice, It will be our plan to announce at the sale
when held that this notice has been given so that any purchaser
will be advised of it,

An old shed -like building at 1234 Powers Street has become
so much out of repair that it is in danger of structural collapse.
I would recommend that a raze notice be issued far this building.
M It would be unreasonable to repair the building.
E The property is the estate of Mr. Ervin Bantleon and the
First National Bank Trust Department is executor. The notice
S should be brought to the attention'of Mr. Marvin Juedes.
