Item# 1 Code 16-37A(5) Compliance Yes Compliance Date 03/08/2011 IMMEDIATELY Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests. A tenant complained that squirrels 06/14/2011 Were getting into the walls/ceiling in her apartment. Several penetrations in the building exterior were found. Immediate steps shall be taken to remove any squirrels from the property and seal up the holes to prevent further entry. Last Updated Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36A Compliance No Compliance Date 03/31/2011 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner,occupant or person 06/14/2011 authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Any holes in the building exterior where squirrels are getting in shall be repaired. Leaking roof overhangs shall be repaired. Water damaged/rotting Last ifascia and soffit shall be replaced. Unfinished soffit area (back of building)shall be finished off. NOT DONE AS OF 6/2/11. Updated Soffit area above upper balcony is not finished. Remove the plastic and battons from the under side of the upper balcony. Item# 3 Code MUN 16-35A(2) Compliance No Compliance Date 03/31/2011 Description Every outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use 06/14/2011 and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon,and shall be kept in sound condition& good repair. Such stairs and porches shall be kept free of refuse or stored material. All sections of railings that are damaged Last or structurally unsound shall be repaired or replaced. The patched in drywall areas shall be painted.
