Gentlemen:
Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for the
abooementioned project has been completed.
In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes, and ILHR 81
through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and
specifications are approued contingent upon compliance wi.th the
stipulation noted below:
1. None
The architect, professional engineer, registered designer, owner
or plumbing contractor shall keep, at the construction site, one
set of plans bearing the stamp of approual.
In the ewent installation of this plumbing system has not
commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall
become uoid. A new application accompanied by full examination
fee shall be filed and an updated approual receiued before work
may commence.
In granting this approual, the City of Oshkosh or its
representatiue does not hold itself liable for any defects in
plans or specification, plan omissions, examination owersight,
construction or any damage that may result in or after
installation and reserves the right to order changes or additions
should conditions arise making this necessary.
It shall be necessary for installing plumber to obtain a plumbing
permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual
installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
