Dear Allyn:
This letter per phone conversation on May 25, 1994, regarding
building permits for garages at Brookside - North Apartments.
' Permits are being issued under the assumption that the City
of Oshkosh will be granting a non - buildable easement to
Brookside - North Apartments along the west property line of
the complex.
It is Security Contractors understanding that if this
easement is not granted plans will be adjusted so the
buildings will comply with ILHR 51.03.
