Introduction Following a complaint and an inspection the following violations were noted.
Item # 1 Code MUN 18 -79.1 Compliance No Compliance Date 12/11/1999 IMMEDIATELY
Description The detached garage on this property is deteriorated to a point that is is required to be razed. This would include
the removal of the broken slab under the garage.
Item # 2 Code COM 21.04 Compliance No Compliance Date 12/11/1999 IMMEDIATELY
Description The rear stairs on the South corner of the building do not comply with min code requirements.
Summary Please make application for the required permits in the next 10 days to avoid the issuance of citations. If you have
