12' X 12' Deck on rear of home

Site preparation at grade to be 12' X 12' 4 mil plastic with 2" cover of 3 /4 crushed rock
Plastic edging around parameter of 12' X 12' rock
Materials:
Deck built of Green pressure treated lumber
Foundation:
6 Deck Piers of concrete 8" diameter 48" below grade with mounting bolts at grade level
Mounting brackets anchored on 6 deck piers. Deck will not be mounted to the house.
Beams:
3 sets of 2 - 2 "x 8" x 12' green pressure treated lumber anchored to mounting brackets
on concrete piers.
Joists:
15 - 2" x 8" x 12' green pressure treated lumber for 12' x 12' square with spacing 12"
on center between joists. Joist hangers and comer brackets for all mountings.
Steps:
Single Step to be placed on far side from house
Step to be full 12' width of deck
Railings:
Full side Railings 36" high on Right and Left of deck.
Green pressure treated Rail posts to be placed 36 inches apart.
Green pressure treated pickets to be places 5" on center.
Decking:
5/4" x 6" x 12' green pressure treated lumber or plastic /wood composite
