On March 12, 19o4, we advised you that the garage

under construction at 1118 Ceape Street is in violation
of the city buildin- code and zoninl- ordinance.
This garag----, m—st be removed or altered so that it
will conform to the city ordinances. 'i*i"e suggest that,
if possible, the building be separated from the house
and treated as an unattached garage. This garage must
be a iiiinimum, of 2-1, feet from the side E.nd back property
lines and at least 60 feet back from the front property
line.
if we are not advised by you that this violation
has been corrected before April 10, 1964, we will take
this matter to the courts. If you should decide to
make alterations to the garage to make it conform to
regulations, a building permit must be secured before
you start such work.
