(1) The foundation structure is apparently in a deteriorated
condition allowinga the floor on the 'est side of the hou
to sag excessively. T h i s c o n d i t i o n has a l s o caused crack',
allowing cold air infiltration. The foundation of the
dwelling shall be ieveie�1 and properly secured to prevent.
Further sagging and the cracks etc. shall he closed to s'
cold air infiltration.
- (1) The kitchen door covering is in poor condition making it
impossible to clean and sanitize. The bathroom floor cov -:
ing is also in such a condition that it cannot be cleaned
properly. The kitchen and bathroom floor coverings shall
De replaced.
- (d) Most of the primary windows in the dwelling are in poor con-
dition, ill fitting and allowing excessivercold air infil-
tration. These windows shall be replaced or properly re-
worked and weatherstripped to prevent cold air infiltration:
-35 (1) Both exterior doors are hollow core type doors with holes
in them and poor Fitting allowing cold air infiltration.

There is an extension cord going through the side entry
door to service a light fixture. To be removed.
There are open wires over the bathroom sink. To be proper]
sealed off or install a fixture.
The siding on the dwelling is in very poor condition with
pieces broken, missing or falling from the structure.

The roofing on the "test side is in a deteriorated condition
with broken, curled or missing shinnies. The roofing on th,
.Vest side shall be replaced.
Due to the lack of storm windows, most of the windows have
been covered with plastic or stuff with insulation causinc
an unsightly condition and further adding to rundown appear -
ance of the dwelling.
There is an old stove in the rear yard. This stove shall b
removed from the property.
Code violations will not be considered correct.ed until their
