RE: Plumbing Plan Approval for 350 S. Koeller Ave.
Plan ID #M6 -483
Gentlemen:
Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for the abovementioned
project has been completed.
•
In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter H62, Wisconsin
Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent
upon compliance with the stipulation noted below:
1. See H62.04(i) for industrial waste control manhole specifications.
2. See H62.04(h) for distance between cleanout points. If cleanout is placed
in traffic area it shall be designed to support traffic and be protected
from frost.
3. A copy of the easement shall be furnished this office before a plumbing
permit will be issued.
4. Inside hose outlets require vacuum breaker be mounted 7'6" above the floor.
No valves allowed on downstream side of vacuum brerker including hose nozzle.
5. See H62.11(2) for design of catch basins.
6. See H62.11 -07 for venting of back to back water closets.
7. Poor design. Each pump should discharge through separate pipe to trench.
The architect, professional engineer, registered designer, owner or plumbing
contractor shall keep, at the construction site, one set of plans bearing the
stamp of approval.
In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within
two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application
accompanied by full examination fee shall be filed and an updated approval
received before work may commence.

In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not
hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specification, plan omissions,
examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after
installation and reserves the right to order changes or additions should
conditions arise making this necessary.
It shall be necessary for installin€ plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from
the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing
system or any of its parts.
