Box 7969 Madison, WI 53707 Re: File No. E837625 Theatres Addition Marcus Theatre Corporation: Owner Oshkosh Cinema: Tenant 340 S. Koehler Street Oshkosh, Winebago County Plan No. 90 -10- 0216 -C Dear Duane: This letter is in response to your November 12, 1990 Plan Examination Letter and our telephone discussion on Tuesday, March 12, 1991. In our telephone conservation the following was concluded: 1. ILHR 52.012 (3) The existing storage room between Auditoriums "C" and "D" will not be changed. The partition existing will remain in place thereby maintaining the room at less than 100 square feet (74 square fee). All of the other storage rooms were existing, therefore will not require fire sprinkler systems. 2. ILHR52.012 (1)(b)1. A 44" x 68" clear opening glazed with 1" insulating glass will be installed in the west wall of the new booth in compliance with this section. Because the existing projection room is not being remodeled it will not be necessary to install fire department access openings. The installation of this opening will make it not necessary to install the sprinkler or fire alarm systems. If my interpretation of our discussion is not correct please advise. Sincerely, 19 Donald R. Holt DRH /tng cc: Peter Oaks, Region 3 Field Inspector Oshkosh Building Inspector Bruce Olson Don Perkins Gary Berkley Tri -North Builders Roger Phillips
