Koeller St., Oshkosh, WI Plan ID# C6- 118 - 0804 -P Dear Sirs, Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. Installer shall maintain minimum vertical separation at the point of crossing of sewer and water services to the standard set in COMM 82.40(8) 2. Installer shall also maintain minimum horizontal separation of sewer and water services to the standard set in COMM 82.40(8) 3. Drain lines installed underground shall meet minimum diameter limits per COMM 82.30 4. Installation of cleanout risers and frost sleeve protection for those risers shall be of materials capable of sustaining anticipated traffic loads without failure per COMM 82.35 5. The minimum depth below grade for polystyrene insulation on building sewer shall be 18" per COMM 82.30 6. The installation of a water service dedicated to automatic fire sprinkler systems shall be by a licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor per WSS 145.15 7. The sump indicated by plan with discharge to the building roof leader shall not serve as a receptor for clearwater waste from the building drain system per COMM 82.36 In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination 1 fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
